We are located in the heart of Desert Wine Country, away from the crowded motel strip in Osoyoos. The Destiny Beach Resort Motel is a restful holiday orientated property geared primarily to families, couples, weddings and family reunions.

I love traveling & holidays but this mess I need to share because I don't want somebody to get ripped as me. And I really hate to leave reviews and write so much letters! Basically in 2015 January I did reservation for 3 nights at this place for 2 adults + 2 kids (bangalo bad). And the same day my friends did the same reservation for exact the same 2 adults + 2 kids. And another my friends family did also reservation day after for also 3 night just day later. By the way reservation was did at BOOKING (.com) We happy and ready to go. June 14-17 My family showed up first: I was thinking is nice resort but its actully like MOTEL (thats fine, you got what you pay for). Than we could found manager or anybody for 10min (thats fine - nice weather) And finally we met manager and she should us our room which is completely not what we order. We got 1 bedroom with tiny - tiny bed in living room and I cant even fit in it. So manager appologize and she said I can give you different room. I looked and nicer room with actual bagolo bed for kids. And I said I'll take it - after 1 min thinking manager answering "Sorry, you unfortunately not going to get this room because there is bigger family coming in. WOW (why you would even shoe me that) SUX, but I have to stay in something what I didn't even order. Next stap moving into room I found MASSIVE spiders in washroom - hate those. Now I'm aware if there is somewhere more. Also if you did your "job".... in toilet and want to wash it away - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ;) ;) you need to try couple of times. Couple beers + pool & nice weather i forget about everything. Than next evening suddenly probably 35-40 different brown culture families all together showed up and pretty much took all motel and beach for them ;) Crazy - it ok, no problem ;) Happy campers and beer helps to find communication. But than I realize some of my toys gone and some of my kids toys was broken by other kids - my fault - I left them on ground ;) Biggest issue came up when we left the place and our bills came up. My friends payed $224 They charge me for exact the same size + dates = $120 more = $344 And just yesterday we found out other friends payed $520 - CRAZY It is the massive rip off and I talked to manager and she sad she not able to do nothing and offered me 20% off for future trip if i'll call her directly - NOT A CHANCE! There is absolutely no anymore TRUST to BOOKING(.com) and this motel.
