Broke my finger at work & had to go to a specialist. Feel bad but was repeatedly put behind by the clinic not confirming faxed referrals, saying they had tried, leaving me without info for over a month etc. Doctors themselves nice but admin really frustrating to deal with. Was trying to confirm about whether faxing occured & was cut off & hung up on. Absolutely heartbreaking & unacceptable service. Was contacted multiple times about this review when I was nearly in tears last week trying to get my information sorted with them

Amazing clinic! Very supportive and have always solved any issues with professionalism. I’m going to especially mention Dr Mills and Dr Thomas, they were incredibly compassionate and very timely on all prescriptions and everything! Thank you! And another thank you to the manager Alba, every time I’ve had any issues she has stepped in to help and solved them all with a smile on her face. I’m sold on this clinic and will be referring friends and family to come here. Thank YOU!

This is hands down one of the best walk in clinics in Vancouver, certainly the west end. Although I don’t believe a walk in can be perfect, they come pretty close. Dr. Mills is an awesome, modern doctor. Excellent for women’s health and competent in pharmacology.

Very rude front desk service! I was just asking her questions and she said “ok thank you Sara” and hung up on me! She didn’t even let me ask my question!

Not trying to shame this clinic but I feel some things need to be said. Typically very long times up to and over a week just to speak to a doctor over the phone, where neighboring clinics can get you speaking to a doctor within a day. Not saying that this is representative of every physician here, but I did not have an ideal experience with Dr. Liu. I've spoken to him on multiple occasions for varying issues and the lack of urgency and and follow through is honestly shocking. It's a lot of "hmm I don't think this is a serious issue" or "if you still feel bad in a week or two, give us a call back." You're a younger doctor, but that doesn't excuse you for being useless. I spoke to a doctor at a different clinic and they were much more receptive to my needs and asked the right questions. Sorry guy, pls do better. Brian

I absolutely love this clinic! I have been going back to Dr. Chan for over a year now and she's so thorough and thoughtful I always feel heard and understood when I have my appointments!

The attention and service is very good. The people who work there are very friendly and resolute. Dr. Helen is very professional and kind, she always gives me super careful attention.

Absolute Terrible service. Never had a good experience here, the head receptionist is incredibly rude every time. I would recommend finding another clinic if you live in the west end.

Receptionist is incredibly rude every time, always have a bad attitude -why hire onto a customer service positions if you don’t enjoy being friendly or servicing customers?
