The front desk is very kind and clinic runs on time plus it is quite new and beautiful. The back office staff are also very kind and professional plus highly skilled. My only word of advice, seek care from NP (nurse practitioner) you will receive a more holistic (encompassing your whole being) type of care, plus they will consult a MD if needed without hesitation.

This is one of the best general medical practices I've been to since being on the Oregon Health Plan insurance. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, new and attractive, and the staff are always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room or exam room, and I've never felt the provider was rushed, impatient, or unprepared. Unlike the previous doctor's office to which I was assigned (River Road Medical Group), everyone here treats me with respect. No one has ever been dismissive, condescending, rude, or prejudiced toward me. I have seen 2 different doctors and 2 different nurse practitioners, and I've been happy with them all. At my previous doctor's office (River Road Medical Group), the nurse practitioners didn't take the time to listen or do an exam, and acted as if they thought I was either a hypochondriac or "drug-seeking." Consequently, I was left untreated, and in constant pain for what turns out to be a very treatable condition.

Very nice front desk staff. Dr. Crispin is great with our son.

Great, Dr Axeline is the best. Always in and out and gets everything covered!
