I have a very serious health condition that requires medication. This clinic suddenly decided without ANY warning to cut off my medication completely leaving me out to dry. I have been calling them every single day for the last week and every time I call the receptionist says they are working on it and then nothing happens. I have now been without my medication for 2 entire weeks and no one at this clinic seems to care one bit. I am NEVER coming back to this clinic because they clearly have ZERO regard for their patients needs. Please find somewhere else to be seen if you can because they will likely do the same thing to you.
After reading the reviews I almost canceled my appointment that I waited 3 months to get. I'm so happy I didn't, the entire staff was friendly, the wait was less then 5 minutes and the doctor was extremely thorough. Our Healthcare system is messed up but that's not their fault. I was very happy with my care.
It is such a hassle to get medication refilled. It takes for weeks sometimes for them to refill my medication that I am supposed to take every day 2 times a day. They do not communicate well with each-other at all. It’s truly a night mare ever single time. I have been a patient here for 2 years and it has not changed. The only reason I give them 1 star it because it won’t allow me to give it Zero.
Ablist for needing medication and cut me off out of nowhere over a year ago now with Adderall XR since I also need weed for my sever PTSD and eating disorder. Doctor never expressed it being an issue before and has given me every excuse for me not to have the medication. All doctors there are anti cannabis regardless of it medical properties. Been fighting to get back on meds and all my doctors don't seem to care that I struggle with ADHD and undiagnosed autism bad and need extra support. Very neglectful on care with me, tried calling supervisor and they never got back to me. They just want to pump me on antidepressants that don't work for me and just make me more suicidal, doctors have even talked over me, interrupting in appointments and be invalidating as to how much help I need.
Ive never been treated so rude! The receptionists will hang up on you if you have any questions. Im still waiting for the results of lab tests took in 2019! The PCP assigned to me always tells me "you don't need to see me over this, just go to Urgent Care" Wow. Ive never had a dr tell me they dont want to see me. Fine. I know what discrimination looks like and this clinic will be served lawsuits.
Short staffed since covid. I am thankful for the 2 doctors I see. They have been very thourogh with my health issues. It wasn’t always great , I had to ‘ kiss a few frogs”, before I found my Doctors but I am very pleased with them both. They make a point to let me know which age appropriate tests, vaccinations, medicines would work best for me. Healthcare continues to evolve , adjust to todays world, change can be hard.
My mother just relayed a story to me and I am very upset about it. My mother was told that her behavior was rude and inconsiderate. Not only this, but a lady came out from the back, without a mask, and proceeded to threaten my mother with refusal of service when she declined to put a face mask on since she already had a face shield permitted by her doctors orders. My mother has many complications from her past experiences in life and does not seek trouble. Instead my mother is one to bend over backwards with some limitations to avoid trouble. While I understand covid protocol, a doctors orders should be adhered to, and my mother should not have to explain herself. My mother has ptsd and a litany of other problems that would exacerbated both mentally and physically by the wearing of a face mask. Which is why her doctor ok'd a face shield. Now let's turn our attention to the unmasked lady who threatened my mother and triggered her ptsd. This is completely unacceptable practice for ANY person in public service, especially when it is intentional and disregarding the rules themselves. Namely, why was this person unmasked and in any position to demand my mother wear a mask or else? There are many reviews of 1 star service here, and albeit two offices were combined, this level of service is unacceptable. Yes, offices are having to deal with shortages of staff and many other issues, but the level of service should not stoop to this level. I demand accountability and retraining of this lady. Mom's description of her: Short in height ~5'4", shoulder-length white/blonde hair, stocky build, and did not wear a mask at all in the building. This visit was on the 24th, ~1pm.
The nurses and other staff are really nice. Sometimes there can be a long wait to see your doctor. This is not the place to go if you have multiple chronic illnesses. On my last visit my doctor didnt listen to any of my concerns. She didnt listen to all the symptoms I'm having and then just blamed what symptoms she did hear on depression. I know my body best. I left feeling defeated. I have resigned myself to feeling sick until I can find a new doctor.
I've been seen this doctor twice. The first time he told me that my severe abdominal pain was due to dairy consumption. A month later I found out it was ciliac disease! I came again and wanted to get my blood tested because type one diabetes runs in my family and I was feeling really terrible. I got no response on my lab tests for a week and I finally called and the nurse said that my chart said that I came in because I was bloated.....I don't know he got from type one diabetes test to I came in because I was bloated. Again he recommended I go vegan. I explained to him that I don't eat meat, wheat, or most processed foods. All he can blame anything on is dairy.
They do not listen to “no”. They will not take “no” for an answer when you refuse unnecessary treatments. My husband and I are trying for a baby and both the nurse and the doctor tried to talk me out of discontinuing my birth control. There is absolutely a nefarious agenda here. I will never return, and now I have to seek care at Planned Parenthood regardless of my personal beliefs, because the doctors there have never tried to talk me out of motherhood based on my socioeconomic status and racial profile. Despicable treatment.
