came here for a hepatitis b vaccine, which went quickly and smoothly. the guy who administered my vaccine, didn’t catch his name but he was bearded with a long ponytail, was just wonderful, very friendly, quick with the shot and gave me a piece of origami on the way out :

Some health inspector from your department was at a local gym I’m apart of, and some smart mouth worker for this department started yelling and degrading the person that worked their cause a member didn’t have a mask on. Was very unprofessional and you guys should be ashamed of yourself for policing and treating businesses like this.

Insufficiently staffed or lacking an efficient system. Long waits even with few people in the waiting room and no warning about wait times prior to registering. Staff is very friendly though and go above an beyond what you expect from a public clinic. With small changes, they could help even more people

Stellar job with vaccinating people in Lane County against CoVid 19.
