I have worked with Bright Star Care directly with staffing. They are prompt and punctual. When we needed a hole filled, they filled it for us. They filled in for how long or short of a shift we asked for. They worked hard, and around the clock to help provide us with great care staff that were all knowledgeable and caring. Bright Star Care of Lane County is a great home care and staffing agency.

Speaking with Jennifer about the services provided at Brightstar was enjoyable. The knowledge she has and style of communication was refreshing. What a great group to have help you with your needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing in home care!

I have used Brightstar Care numerous times and each and every experience was great. They are truly dedicated professionals who not only take care of the patient/client needs they also create peace of mind for the loved ones of the patient in their care. They are surprisingly extremely affordable too. I would highly recommend using them for anyone who needs help with on going care for a loved one or if that person is the caretaker and simply needs a 2 or 3 hr break in their day. They will be kicking themselves for not calling Brightstar sooner!

I had an excellent experience discussing care options for my Mom with this agency. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. The nursing director was personable and took the extra step to send me questions to ask other agencies as well as accurate information on Mom's medical issues that I could not find online. Thank you BrightStar Care!

My company used BrightStar on short notice for a temporary CNA. Overall, the staff have been very accommodating and flexible, and the temporary staff person met our needs. Jennifer has been very responsive and professional, and pleasant to work with when arranging use of a temporary staff member. I would recommend BrightStar to others, and I would return to them for temporary staffing needs as well.
