Springfield Family Physicians

Have never been treated so horribly by a doctor in my life. My jaw is locked shut and the doctor just kept saying there was nothing he could do. I started crying and he just said so do you want some narcotics or what. I told him I wanted to be able to open my mouth again and he said he didn’t want to spend another 10 min explaining to me that he couldn’t do anything. Any sort of compassion or effort to find a way to fix my jaw would have been appreciated. I don’t just want drugs shoved down my throat. All I wanted was some sort of a plan to get better. He wrote me a prescription and walked out without saying a word. The nurce came in and talked to me. She is the one who referred me to a oral surgeon and tried to help. She did more for me in 5 min then doctor did the whole visit. Never again will I go there or take my family to that place. Dr. Michael Findley you should be ashamed of yourself. Good thing you said your retiring so no one else will have to be treated like I was ever again.

Ashley Murrell (sp?) is an excellent NP. I will not see any other provider at Springfield Family Physicians. I highly recommend her.

The doctor that I see and the medical staff are great. The staff on the front desk as you first enter, at least one of them, is a different story. She had no interest in the job that she was doing, was rude, and seemed not to give a care.

Love Dr. Findley. Never have an issue with scripts even when requesting over the phone. Only issue is you usually have to wait a bit so don't be early.

I've been in several times to see NP Jennifer Durant, and I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. She is easy to talk to, and I never fell rushed. In my past experiences, I have felt as if my other doctors did not care and were in a hurry to get me out of their room for someone else, but when I went to see Jennifer Durant, she made me feel I was a valued patient and would receive her full attention. I would highly recommend her!!
