Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

My husband and I went to dinner and thought the food was good. We shared a Chopped Antipasto Salad, Spicy Chicken Rigatoni and a create your own pasta dish with spicy sausage. Good sized entrees with leftovers but thought the amount of protein in the main dishes was pitiful. I had about 6-8 small thin sliced sausage pieces and the Chicken Rigatoni had about 5-6 slices of chicken. When I asked waitress of this was the normal amount of protein she replied it's weighed in the kitchen and I could speak to manager if I'd like. I thought food was good but they should have more protein in the entrees for what they charge. $74.90 for a small salad, small create your own pasta and chicken rigatoni.

Such a neat place to eat. The staff was all very friendly and the restaurant is very unique! The food is delicious! May be one of my new favorite places to eat in the Albany area.

I have been trying to get a response for over 2 weeks now on this matter, through multiple forms of contact and have gotten nowhere. I ordered from the Colonie location 2 weeks ago, for take out. One of the orders I placed was for the small appetizer calamari and what was in the container would not be enough for 1 person, let alone 3. Extremely disappointed for $17 and a family size portion. It equated to about a fistful of food, not worth the price at all. Everything else in the order was delicious and I always recommend eating here, but this was an extreme let down for price and quantity of "family style".

Went there with my boyfriend and his family for his birthday. Great atmosphere, really wonderful food, and the servers were always very energetic and patient when his family just COULD NOT MAKE A DECISION ON FOOD. AND THEN AGAIN WITH DESSERT. Just kidding, I love them. But it really is a great place, they all came out and sang extra loud for him.
