Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I love a roast beef sandwich, and theirs are very consistent. Their workers (counter and "grill") have bern consistently pleasant and the orders are accurate.

Great food freshly cooked and lovely staff. Helpful and friendly, we even enjoyed the singing waitress while she worked, lovely voice. It says under new management and based on the recent visit I would say they are doing a great job. Would visit again.

Must be new owner.  More staff fast service.  Seemed much better... friendly as well.

My debit card was charged twice for the same order and I have been fighting for a refund for almost a month and just keep getting the run around. Horrible customer service and I always try to look for the positive in each situation but this has just been a terrible experience.

I read the reviews before coming here, but found the workers to be very nice and the place very clean. Good food, fast service
