The mall has a really nice nostalgic look to it but it could definitely use a wider array of stores and less vacancies.

Good prices. Be advised about parking lot potholes. Tried to avoid them..too many! I was driving in parking lot with 2km / hours went in a deep pothole and scratched my bumper on right side ! I wanted to report to security ppl. But when I look at their faces in their car...looking ignorant...hope they'll go in same holes ! Management of Mall should  take care of parking lot. !!! I.ll never go back to deteriorate my car under and bumper !! Shame on that Management! Not care about costumers that visit and shop there to fill their pockets and oay their salaries ! Never to go back! I say never ! Again !

I don't like this shopping mall because it looks dated and have stores with a less polished appearance and cheap, especially near the entrance, but it offers excellent medical clinics inside.nnThere are huge potholes in the parking lot, and I believe the parking spaces are narrower compared to those in other malls.

It has a little bit of everything, and good location. As for boutiques, there is Winners, jewelry shops/kiosks. There is a theatre, business offices, government offices, a Filipino restaurant, Avanti Spa, and Victoria park lab. Just outside in the same parking lot there is a good pizza shop. You can order a pizza or buy their frozen pizza and heat it yourself at home.

Limited parking, hard to get in & out.  Medical clinics get most of traffic.  Very few interesting stores or places to eat.  Winners is there, guess thats the highlight.   This mall needs a compete makeover or it will be hard to compete with over stores in the neighborhood.   Lots of housing being build around and big plans for blue bonnet site.  It needs to do better!
