Good for indoor shopping, especially in winter. There are many big stores like Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarama and so on. There is also a large Chinese market that sells fish along with everything else. There are fresh and frozen fish, and you can take the things you like. However, the prices are really competitive with others.
It definitely has a maintenance issue. The whole mall comes off kind of sketchy and half built. There's a wall on the basement level hiding a broken escalator which is can be freely viewed as an open pit from the first floor. The food court is dark and dismal, but the Renaissance is a great second hand store, Canadian Tire and Walmart are what you'd expect, and there's a nice Asian grocery store. I've heard good things about the theatre being very cheap, but haven't gone myself.
To me, the place looks a little bit old but all function very well.
It offers a variety of shops, services, and amenities, including clothing stores, electronic stores, banks, and restaurants. The mall is well-maintained and has a clean atmosphere. It is also conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and ample parking for visitors. Overall, Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is a popular shopping destination for residents of the area and is known for its good selection of stores and convenient location
A cultural experience. There are academic papers about this place. Perhaps one of the most popular eclectic locations on the island but nobody really wants to go there.
The plaza right now is under renovation. Is a good place. There are too many stores such as Dollarama, Canadian tire, Walmart, they have a Asian suoer market too and cinema as well. Econofitness gym is there too. They have a restaurant, Asian one Chinese, to be more specific they have food court, toilets. The cinema is suoer cheao and good. It looks like nk a Fancy plaza. But is really ok. Like economic one. No fancy stores but necessaries. 4
Good improvement on the plazza in the last couple of years. Looking forward to seeing the final product. Super location and good size parking. One detail. Try to plan some trees in the back yard.
Old fashioned mall. They've made some renovations from outside but from inside they're still like a 80's mall. There's also a cinema but that too gives a 90s cinema vibe. Good to visit occasionally but not for visiting every weekend for shopping
August 2022 update Always love their under ground and covered parking lot behind the building. As they are under going renovations, the place has brightened up a lot and feeling more airy and spacious. Most importantly, they still have old fashion stores that offer products at very competitive prices. Varying ethnic stores ….. what I find best is the food court. Toilets updated to quite modern. And the Korean run sushi restaurant at food court is really great!!!
Definitely not the same Plaza I grew up with. They're trying to revamp the mall. It's always under renovation with little to no stores. Of course the big names are still in the mall like Walmart and Canadian Tire. The movie theater as well
