The Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is a mid-size two stories mall located in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough of Montreal, Quebec, Canada and constructed in 1968. It is operated by Gestion Plaza Côte-des-Neiges.The Plaza has space for over 100 stores. They include a medical clinic, a dental clinic, daycare centre, a movie theatre, restaurants and many small independent businesses.HistoryThe location of Plaza Cote des Neiges had been proposed as far back as the late 1950s.In popular cultureIn 2015, the location of Plaza Cote des Neiges including a few stores was used for the shoot of X-Men: Apocalypse.

The place looks very old, kind of dirty. There is a good selection of stores in it, such as a Walmart, an Asian grocery store and several clothing stores. The lower level has some sort of gambling bar, it's dark and kind of isolated. I wouldn't exactly recommend this mall for a family outing, but it's not that bad.
I don't know why, but this place crowd makes it strange. I don't like the vibe of it bit I keep on going because they have great stores and good eating options at the food-court. It has a Canadian Tire, a Dollarama, Walmart, Uncle Tetsu, Le Damascene, Forever 21, most mobile companies among others. Newly renovated
This mall needs an uplift. Renovations are under way, but a lot of work is still needed
I visit Renaissance and Walmart only.nnThe lower level outdoor parking lot... potholes deep, wide and plentiful. The upstairs back entrance is forever in a state of disrepair and one of the escalators hasn't been working the past few visits. It's pretty obvious owners have minimal maintenance mentality.
There are many shopping malls such as Walmart and Canadian Tire. Shopping is very convenient. The parking lot is large. The parking lot is divided into two levels: outdoor and underground. There are also libraries and Chinese supermarkets next to it.
