It's a decent mall. There are a few good stores and it's never super crowded. The food court is a complete disaster though. But that's not the end of the world because it's limited to just there. A mall is nothing without its stores, but the stores here are mostly okay at best.
This mall is strange. Run down in a lot of areas with a lot of empty space. Food court was dark and dreary and the floors of the food court looked unfinished. There are some decent stores but there literally is no mall directory or map anywhere so you have to wander around to find what you’re looking for. Walmart isn’t big and not well stocked. A lot of homeless and people there just to use the wifi
Terrible looking place, with so much wasted potential. The plaza is located in one of the busiest neighborhoods of Montreal, yet they dont even build a proper place. Everything is old and some place are falling appart, there are abandoned constructions left for years, without talking about the disgusting smell. This goes without talking about the many homeless hoarding the place to use the free wifi... This place could be so much better, as it even offers a huge parking slot, but without some renovation, it is a dirty cheap building with no appeal.
The mall is a little run down but the Asian market is really nice! A lot to discover.
Overall, nice renovations, finally clean washrooms. The oil smell in the food court is stomach twisting. The flooring has never been repaired, so it still feels like a ghetto.
