Complexe Desjardins

We went to check out Complexe Desjardins, a major mixed-use complex and shopping mall in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The central atrium of this complex is famous for its large circular fountain with water jets and colorful lighting displays, often used as a meeting point. The space was enormous and it was very relaxing listening to the sound of water. We also found out that this is a major hub in Montreal's RÉSO Underground City, connecting to other buildings and the Place-des-Arts metro station. We enjoyed our shopping, walked around the complex and tried some food at the foodcourt.

Skip the rain or snow and visit the underground city. Nice walking area with some shops and an impressive food court. A great spot to visit but the city is lovely even if you get wet outside.

Beautiful mall with lots of stores that I still was not able to go to all the stores.

I absolutely love the area near the fountain!nIt's a perfect spot for families to spend quality time together. The atmosphere is vibrant, and there’s plenty of seating available for relaxing.

I somehow ended up in this all by accident and was so confused. Almost like another dimension. I’m sure it would be cool if you meant to go in but was definitely jarring as someone who did not mean to go in
