Dairy Queen/Orange Julius Treat Ctr

Every time I come here they have no ice cream.....

So i was at this location when I ordered a drink and the short black girl at the counter very rudely tells me to wait and then goes to wash equipment by sink for a long time. Whatever, i let it pass and waited patiently. When she came back i tell her my order and she curtly tells me “we don't have that anymore” with a sour look on her face. So i make a different order still being patient despite the fact that she’s acting extremely unprofessional with zero customer service skills. I then ask her to confirm if they really don’t have the chocolate brownie for the blizzard because there was a note on the glass that said so and she tells me “no we still have it” and glares at me. Why put a sign that makes customers confused? Again whatever. But then I asked her to modify the toppings and she refused, glared, sighed, and acted like she couldn’t understand my order sighing and saying “WHAT” loudly even though it was as simple as adding extras in the order. I saw how she treated the customer before me and it was NOT how she treated me at all and i believe my race played a part in it. I cancelled the order and left. I love DQ blizzard and i’ve been a loyal customer for years and this was unacceptable service. See, you just lost sales and customers i was with other people I’m never going back here and this girl who’s so unprofessional, acted like she did not want to be there and wouldnt accommodate very simple orders SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE PERIOD.

They had a sign that said “no ice cream.” Dairy Queen????

Very disappointing that they discontinued the pizza dog. I would always get 3 dogs and 2 drink's. Now I will just go to Costco for a hotdog and drink. Very sad, Orange Julius.

Clearly ordering here is an inconvenience for the staff. Make sure you have time. 7 minutes for one julius.

Burgers are absolutely disgusting, under cooked meat, they changed the buns and the buns are so stale that even the birds won't eat them. Its very expensive i just bought one meal with an extra burg and It cost me over 16 dollars. I choked down one because i was starving but I threw the second one out because I would feel bad about giving such trash to even a homeless,person. Sad thing is Dairy Queen used to be really good until the new management took over and absolutely ruined the store, Never going back and unless your getting ice cream save your money! It won't let me post this unless I give it 1 star which is 1 too many!

I ordered a peanut buster parfait and they used regular chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge. And I found hair in my ice cream.

I had a smoothie. It was good. 6/6 would recommend. Customer service was swell

I just went to this dairy queen earlier today and there was no sign saying that they were closed like seriously if your store is closed than they need to put up a sign letting customers know. Disappointed big time

What they sell you as "Orange Juice" here has neither oranges in it, nor is it actual juice. It's just disgusting. Never again.
