Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been too I drove all the way up from Victoria just for TacoBell The bathrooms are closed The Dining Room is closed There is only one way in or out which means you have to walk through all other customers if there is any. I ordered 2 Beef burrito supreme combos with supreme fries. I would say the staff here need proper training There was no beef or tomatoes or cheese on the burritos, there was no beef or tomatoes on my supreme fries. There is only 4 out of 8 choices in the drink dispenser. There is no Ice and all the drinks that can dispensed is warmer then my burrito. I have been to many Taco Bell in Alberta and this is the worst one ever. I would suggest not to waste your time and or money. I was charged 22.96 for incomptant food and service. I would say the TacoBell and KFC staff need to know putting your hand inside a bucket after it has been on your head is not very foodsafe to the public. There is no reason for the bathrooms or dining room to be closed except for laziness in management and employees Parking: There is plenty of parking there as there were absolutely no guests there when i arrived at around 4:45pm Sunday July 24/2022 Wheelchair accessibility: There is that and all the handcap parking area is huge but only one door opens to enter or leave

I live in Courtney I was working up in the nimo my family wanted KFC and Taco Bell so I got there I ordered the team at the restaurant was clustered didn't know what to do with a big order like that got my order didn't think to check it Drove an hour home and this is what I got!!!!!! That's my bucket of chicken for a familay and my taco supreme looks good doesn't it......... Will we bring it back tomorrow just like that

Ordered 11 tacos...took forever to get to the window at the drive thru...then they said they had run out of beef for all but 6 tacos? Isn't that sorta like running out of chicken at KFC? It seems they also spread 1 tacos worth of beef into the 6 tacos they said had beef. They were very "skinny"...and it was akin to eating crackers...if your outta beef then your outta beef, don't try to stretch it...what a joke!

i love taco bell and its sad this is the only one on the whole island. The first time I went there was good experience but after that has been blunder after blunder. The second time, the lady was sweeping for 15 minutes instead of taking my order. Fine, but then when she gets to the register they say they close at 8 and if they just took my order, it wouldn't be 8. The third time I went there, they closed at 6:30, and when i was upset they did nothing to rectify the situation. WE ISLANDERS DESERVE BETTER!

I have never written a google review but felt compelled to save others from heartache. This may be the worst tacobell not on VI, not in BC, but on planet earth. I’ve eaten warmer snow than my tacos for the few that were given correctly. Was given substitute items we did not want or order. They were not making more of what we ordered because they close in 2 hours. Denied refund for missing items.

The staff doesnt know their own menu for tacobell. I truely dont understand why they prioritize kfc at this location. The tacobell is only open 2 days a week, friday and saturday. Its only open until 7pm. We have a kfc in woodgrove. We dont need one 500 meters away. GET RID OF IT. Or atleast make tacobell 7 days a week and take kfc down to two days. And give your staff better training.

Nice enough staff but not once have they ever gotten my order right. Ever. Today, they made me the wrong burrito and when I took it back to get the right one, they made it wrong. Perhaps a literary test should be added to the employment application forms...? It's actually comical. I think they're trying to mess up your order on purpose, kind of like when Starbucks spells your name wrong on the cup.

Worst taco bell I have ever been to, staff don't know what there doing, the wait for the food was 20 mins in the drive through, I love taco bell but never going to this one again. Plus they have the tip option on there, yea right lol

Had food poisoning after visiting here. The rice was extremely stale and almost immediately after eating i became sick i am just recovering after 4 days now. I have only ever had food poisoning once before but not nearly as bad as this time. You guys are not following health regulations!!!

The til was down and they weren’t accepting orders so I asked if I could pay cash and they couldn’t accept it either - long story short they made me a Crunchwrap supreme anyways since I came from Victoria and gave it to me for free : great people!
