Bin 4 Burger Lounge

Been a few times. Nice burgers, good drinks. Friendly crew. Looks kinda small from the outside to me, but has a lot of seating. A few tv's for sports at the bar. A nice "outdoor" area with a big river rock fire place. Parking: Tonnes of parking on site.

I had the best restaurant experience at Bin 4 Nanaimo yesterday. I took a friend out to lunch and right from when we entered the restaurant up until when we left we got exceptional service. Big shout out to Kristine and Becca for the wonderful service we received. The butter chicken features are a must try. I highly recommend heading over to Bin 4 Burger Lounge the next time you are craving for something delicious !! Thank you to the kitchen team that made our meal perfect.

Mmm what a treat. A huge menu of gourmet burgers, all at reasonable prices. Delectable sides and dips. I ordered the Wagu beef burger and was extremely satisfied. Also a nice selection of desserts and drinks. A real gem! If you haven't been to Bin 4 before, I suggest you go!

Kids friendly environment. I ordered Wild mushroom burger with fries and almond cheese salad and a beef burger with onion rings for my kid. We enjoyed it very much. We love to come back next time.

Beautiful location with a large patio and wonderful bathroom. Service was super slow but they seemed to be under staffed. Upon ordering it took 50 minutes to get our food when it didn’t appear to be that busy but lots of takeout orders and skip taking priority. Had to go find our server to request our bill after spending 2 hours at the table. Asked for straws with our drinks after 15 minutes I just went up to the bar and got it for myself. The food was good and fresh when it finally arrived.

This was disappointing. Great looking menu and the server was helpful with ideas but our meal was meh. The worst fries as they were hard as rocks. Flavours were good but way over done. I had the Ban Mi burger which had good flavour but was dry and tough. When we let the server know about how tough the fries were they asked if we wanted another order but we were finished everything and didn’t want to waste time waiting for more over cooked food. Had to ask them to take the gravy off the bill as I didn’t even get to enjoy. Sadly won’t be back.

Had the best burger I've ever had today at Bin 4! Forget the name but it was like a ban mi! Burger with a generous portion of pork belly..cilantro..jalapeño..hosin. highly recommend it!!! So delish!!! The sides are great to choose from to go with the burger as well!!! Think this burger is the feature for June!!! Hope they keep it forever lol!!!

THE FOOD: 5 stars. Very customizable, with GF and VG options, good amount, and absolutely delicious! The vegetables are always so fresh there which I can always appreciate. THE SERVICE: 5 stars. I have had the best service in this country here. I think her name is Kari and she was very attentive yet not suffocating us with too many questions or small talk. Every time we have finished something, she was right there to do refills or bring us the next course! I was quite impressed! THE ATMOSPHERE: 4.8 stars. The seats could use a bit more space in between imo. However there are outdoor seating options with more privacy and better scenery. The restaurant was really clean as well. OVERALL: 5 stars. I am surprised that this place is not more packed all the time! If you love burgers, you simply have to give bin 4 a visit!

Was really looking forward to giving this place a try as I have a love for burgers and ended up feeling disappointed, I got the bison burger and the meat was tasteless which I didn’t end up eating it all the onion rings just fell apart and the cheesecake was bland

Had the bruchetta and the pickles and split a burger. Kinda upscale, but the food was great. The pickles were thin cut and the batter stayed crispy. Delicious. Not a huge variety of appies. But a massive variety of burgers. Friendly staff.
