so. we've come to realize that if you're not in the building ordering in person, you're likely not going to get what you've ordered. Last time I use a delivery service for ordering here and quite frankly, probably won't frequent this establishment again. can't blame anyone but the staff working on a Friday night. Take pride in your job, fill out the orders properly, so that you may insure repeat business.

During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, my order consisted of some slush for an ice cream treat, as well as onion rings. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.nnThe slush was satisfactory, according to my kids. However, they mentioned that the slush from another store in a nearby gas station was better, which was disappointing considering the higher cost at Dairy Queen. Additionally, the banana split treat I ordered was messy, despite the weather being relatively cool. By the time I reached my car, the ice cream had already started to melt, which was unfortunate.nnThe real trouble arose with the onion rings. Not only were they undercooked, but I also discovered pieces of chicken mixed in with the onion rings. This was a significant letdown and detracted from the overall dining experience.nnOverall, I left Dairy Queen Grill & Chill feeling dissatisfied. The inconsistencies in the quality of the treats, along with the disappointing onion ring mishap, left me with a less than favorable impression. I hope that Dairy Queen takes note of these issues and takes steps to improve their food quality and consistency for the enjoyment of all customers.

The lady at the front counter was great with a wonderful smile. Very pleasant and super quick getting our food and Carmel Sunday's. Her name I think was Sanjeev at least I hope that was it. Thanks again for a great supper.

Great customer service! The location is always clean. My kids like coming to this location. Also, they offer a good ice cream cake variety

Love this place, love to visit with my kids. The kids enjoy interacting with the staff, ordering and enjoying their cold treats. The parking is always available, seating is plenty and the menu options are great! One of the best places in Milton to beat the summer heat!
