Luigi's Lasagna & Pizzeria

I’ve been ordering take out from Luigi’s for the last 4 years. Their delivery service is always prompt, accurate, and my food comes hot. Once in awhile to show appreciate they will throw in a sweet treat. Their pizza is by far in my top 3 pizza places in Milton. All their food is delicious especially the desserts.

Feathers in my chicken wings? Is there even quality control? Gordon Ramsay will be visiting soon, lol. Other than that, good pizza.

Disappointing I use to order from here often and it’s just depreciating. Picked up a pizza here tonight and it’s so thin the toppings are not staying on not to mention I ordered a large pizza and it’s the size of a medium. When I called to complain gentleman said they ran out of large boxes why it looks smaller but nevertheless there’s no way this is a large pizza. Also said well you didn’t complain at pick up so basically not his problem.

We found Luigi’s after experiencing a drop in quality and service at our previous go-to. During the first few months of COVID we were ordering… a little too often, once a week. The quality and speed of delivery was great. It feels like the past few months there’s been a change in ownership, but reading the comments it seems there is a lot of new staff. Delivery times are up to almost an hour. Today the quoted time was 55 minutes but it took 1.5 hours. When this place is “on” the pizza is hands down the best we’ve had in Milton. We’re going to take a break and come back after they’ve had a chance to get back up to snuff.

The place requires renovations. It looks worn down and the men's bathroom is in rough shape. My family and I came to dine in for lunch on a Saturday but maybe we should have ordered take out. They serve drinks but don't have any cups or straws. The plates are paper thin and the cutlery is cheap plastic...like dollar store cheap. Not the biggest issue but not for dine in service. I had a cheese burger while my family had pizza, fries and onion rings. The cheese burger was a 2/5 and I couldn't finish it, but on the bright side the pizza was amazing! My son said it's the best pizza he's ever had, and my wife and daughter agreed. In the end we ordered churros for take out only to find out they were donuts when we got home. ‍ All in all, I recommend this place for take out only, and for their pizza. Stay away from the burgers. I highly doubt we'll dine in again, but we'll certainly be back to order pizza for take out.

I tried the new Light Italian pizza with the garlic dipping sauce and it was delicious! Highly recommend with thin crust for anyone looking for a lighter pizza. Food: 5/5

Great food and very easy to order online. The new addition of light Italian pizza is very delicious, as well as some of the other specialty pizzas. Tip: It may be better to pick up in store or use a reliable 3rd party delivery if you are hungry. While the online order gives an estimate of delivery time, for more than once delivery has been at least 30mins delayed for me without any notice… Also, there’s a section in the store that belongs to a separate cake/convenience business that I was told to stay away from while waiting in store.

Response from the owner 11 minutes ago Nicole, we are sorry that you are disappointed. We did run out of medium boxes 14 inch unfortunately so it was put in a large box 16 inch. We use pizza screens so our pizzas are consistently the same size. We always show the pizza to customers upon pick up to ensure satisfaction before the pizza leaves the shop. When you called we did offer to make a replacement if you were unhappy; This is my argument. I ordered a LARGE PIZZA NOT A MEDIUM AND PAID FOR A LARGE. This is why I am upset, also you DID NOT offer to replace you basically told me too bad.

My first time ordering in and these guys make the best pasta in town. The food was delivered nice and hot. Excellent portion size. I ordered lasagna and fettuccine Rosé’ … very authentic taste.

The food is good, some of the better pizza in Milton. But the prices are quite high for the serving sizes, especially for the pasta dishes. Service has varied for me depending who is there.
