I just finished ordering my A&W meal on Dec 15 2024 and happen to notice that i was over charged. I purchased a $15.99 2candine chubby chicken meals with onion rings that cost $2.00 more however, I was charged $20.35. It doesn’t make any sense due to the government providing tax break on certain categories and food was one. How was I charged more than $17.99 ? Have I always been over charged at A&W every time I purchase a meal from there ? Order # 72356 store # 4851 PC Thompson Milton location. False advertisement and they don’t even care
Food has been amazing for a while! Evening staff of this location has friendly and professional that never disappoint. Their service is very fast and well-executed. Drive-through is very efficient as they bring your food to your car very quickly.nnDefinitely my family’s favourite fast food chain. We have been going to this A&W for a while now.nnThank you Kiran for the good food.
Workers are friendly and willing to help. I also order in this location with Uber Eats. Given how this is beside a gas station I didn’t have high expectations. But the burger both beef and chicken are good. Also enjoy their poutine and fries with gravy.
There isn't much room to sit inside. Service is fast but in return ur food is always cold.nLast 5 times I've been here the food has been cold. The fries are not crispy. Seems like everything has been prepared and under a warm light. Definitely not freshly made or else the service wouldn't be so quick.
The place was not clean, the tables, chairs and floor were dirty, service was slow.
