Wild Wing Milton - Derry Road W

Okay, you wanted feedback... you got it. Ordering your takeout wings is pricey... so I expect 3 things: great wings, order accuracy, and that they're READY in a timely fashion - none of which are unreasonable customer expectations. Lately, you can't deliver on ANY of those expectations. 2 weeks ago, we had a takeout order that was wrong... TWICE. Yep, after you got it wrong, we called back, and you told us to toss it out and you'll make us what we ordered. So we drove back, and picked up the "corrected" order, and guess what? Wrong again. By this point, we said screw it we'll just eat whatever's there. Strike 1. So, we said, hey let's give them another shot. So, last week, ordered again, and low and behold, one of the two flavours we ordered was made incorrectly. Strike 2. We're gluttons for punishment, so we said, okay we'll give you one final chance. So we placed an order last night, at 21:00 for takeout and were told 10-15 minutes. I figured you wouldn't have them ready, so I came at 21:30, paid, and had to sit there and wait another 20 minutes for them to be ready. Had I known you were going to waste my time like that, I would have said forget it; you hadn't started making the wings anyways until 5 minutes after I paid anyways. And guess what, when we got home and cracked them open, they were overcooked and brittle. Strike 3. I'm no expert in the restaurant industry, but keep this up, and you'll be out of business in no time. If you read through the reviews here, there seems to be common themes throughout the negative ones: customers are taking their $$ elsewhere - which is exactly what we're doing from here on out. Also, writing this was a total waste of my time; as an owner, YOU should be able to identify these problems yourself - not wait for customers to tell you.

My husband ordered take out from Ashley at this location on March 3, 2018. Ashley presented my husband with a white paper receipt quoting 2 pounds of wings of one flavour and 1 pound of wings for another flavour which was accurate. When the order was received, my husband checked 2 take out containers and saw the 2 pound wings were the correct flavour and assumed the 1 pound order was correct. When he returned home, the 1 pound order was incorrect. The order contained a yellow paper receipt which had the incorrect flavour ordered for the 1 pound of wings. If Ashley was unsure of the order, she should have confirmed the details with my husband. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location. The first time it literally took the staff a couple of hours to figure out how to process a refund on a credit card, so we are not even bothering to contact them about this error. Do not go to this location if you expect accuracy with your order.

Waitress Ashley dropped one of our hamburgers on the ground while she was serving it. Terrible service. Didn’t offer anything other than a half hearted “is everything ok?”. It’s also Tuesday, buy a drink and get wings half off.... except the waitress didn’t tell us so we missed out on that deal. By the time we saw that deal (hidden on their tiny monitor where they punch in orders) it was too late. Total amateurs 👎🏼 Reply to Manager - people don’t always pay attention to all the noise on the windows. That’s why servers usually mention and/or suggest the daily deals at other restaurants. The fact that you don’t seem to care about your subpar standards tells me all I need to know. You are in the hospitality business but you don’t seem to understand that. Most other places would offer a free drink or desert if they dropped our food on the ground and almost got it on one of us. You guys offered nothing. It’s the thought that counts (or lack thereof). I’ll vote with my dollars and not come back.

They almost always miss items on pick up and delivery orders. Tgen they offer a nominal $5 credit and they do not send the missing items. Ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle/disappointment and order from the James Snow location. -Nicole Edited in response to owner’s comment: This was a DELIVERY ORDER not a pick up order. I checked it when it was DELIVERED TO MY DOOR and called immediately only to be given a tiny credit and be told stuff is left out of orders all the time. Also, why should it be MY RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the employees do their job correctly?! Ridiculous. I won’t be back.

The food here was alright! Service was alright! Wasn't really busy! They have a small patio on the side! Tv's at the bar and a couple in the dining area.
