Very disappointed. Asked to mount the back rack. Was not straight, had to come back and he start to hit the rack to put it straight. Result, eyelets are bent. After 1 week of riding, the rack fell off. The screws they put brake off. Basically I had to do the job by myself again. No more here

I appreciate the honesty of the staff. The bearings on my back tire of an old bike had fallen out and I was recommended not to fix it because it would be cheaper to buy a bike secondhand.

These guys are no nonsense, quick and professional. They clearly know exactly what they're doing. Quickly figured out the issue with my tire and replaced the inner tube in < 10 mins. My ideal service experience.
