I've been here 4-5 times for various situations and I have to say that I'm impressed. The turnaround time is great  winter time was first serve! , make an appointment and they'll help you out. The pricing for parts/ labor is great and they don't waste time to get you out! I would recommend Spadina/ College and I'll come back.

Not a happy customer -- waitied in line for 1+ hours and the result is no bike! The sales associate and manger are very knowledgeable, but they DO NOT have enough staff to deal with the influx of people buying / picking up stuff. I was pre approved for financing but gave me the run arnd and did not accept it in store
