I thought I needed new tires and tubes. I didn’t. Spencer showed me a way to preserve the air in my tires. He easily could if sold me items unnecessarily but didn’t. Great place and great experience with Spencer. The first port of call when I buy a road bike with be this location.

I did curb side shopping for a new helmet and had really good one on one service. My only comment is while the employee who served me was very helpful, quick and knowledgeable, he did not wear a mask. We were outside, but I think a mask should be required if we are unable to be 2 metres apart.

The staff is knowledgeable but can be a bit condescending. I was asking questions and it seemed like the staff expected me to know certain things?!? Why would I ask questions if I already knew. Anyway they pointed me in the right direction and I WOULD go again, but I just want to point out that customer service could be worked on.

Went today to get a used kids bike, a baby helmet, and help with a baby seat and they were amazing! So helpful and kind and patient. The curbside service was actually excellent and the woman who helped us was so cheerful and attentive, even in the sweltering heat. Thank you!
