Malcolm did the impossible. Despite this being a first encounter, he is already a Toronto legend in my experience of bike shops.
Excellent & fast service. I recently had my flat tire fixed here. No bs bike shop. Accepts cash or e-transfer payments. I recommend for all your cycling repairs or assembly’s.
The owner has a great business that runs mostly on word of mouth. Having a new bicycle and wanting it to be properly looked after, I felt that my tune up was worth it and it rode so smoothly and felt safer because of it.
Malcolm took care of my very neglected bike and got it and me back on the road with excellence and speed. That's appreciated at any time, but in the midst of a pandemic, that's amazing. Thanks Malcolm!
