Culver's

Excellent customer service!! The workers found out that it was my daughter's birthday and they gave us this little "Custard" plushie! A few months ago they offered us a free dessert because our food was taking longer than usual. They seem to really strive to keep the customer happy. Whoever is in charge here is doing an awesome job! Plus Culver's food is just great. Period.

Our experience with Culver's all over the country side are great! We love the place, and great food and service! However, this location in Winona is super poor, and management is either not doing their job, or there is an employee that is not any good. Our fries were not set in their little bag, they were dumped in the bag that everyone's food came in, and also the same with the onion rings. The employees working and serving the customers were doing just the opposite, not friendly and unkind. No smile on their faces, no hello, just "What do you want?" Poor customer service. Do NOT recommend if you want any good, friendly service.

Always great food! Always satisfied! Never had an order messed up. Food never cold or old. Best service and quality of all burger places in town!!

I LOVE THE CUSTARD!!!!!!! 3 for $10 yes yes baby!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only been in the Winona Culvers a handful of times the 9 years that I been in Winona & everytime I go there I remember why it's always nice in clean & the worker's are always so nice & the food is made fresh BUT HAS NO TASTE!!!!!!!!!!! But I guess there's where my SALTY NO SALT fries I order come in at lol!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THAT CUSTARD THO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
