THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MANAGER KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CATERING TO THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS. I AM EXTREMELY AGGRAVATED BY THE WAY THE MANAGER HANDLE MY AND SHE WAS NOT ACCOMMODATING AND WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR A SERVICE THAT SHOULD BE STANDARD IN ALL COFFEE SHOPS. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I USE TO WORK FOR STARBUCKS AND CARIBOU! TO MAKE A LARGE FRENCH VANILLA LATTE USE JUST DO 4 PUMPS VANILLA AND 3 PUMPS HAZEL NUT, YOU DO CHARGE EXTRA BECAUSE YOUR NOT ADD EXTRA AMOUNTS OF FLAVOR! #WTF
