3 times I asked them to cut an over grown shrub, and still have not done it. Last season I told them what I wanted done for clean up, they charged us an arm and a leg, and never even did any of it, all they did was mowed up leaves. Weed waked my plants numerous times, broke my garden lights, and keep running over a walkway piece of wood and moving it. The first time he did it, I was present and he moved it back, BUT ALSO SAID THAT I NEED TO GET RID OF IT, how about bring a smaller lawn mower to do the job. It is your responsibility to bring the proper tools for the job, not my responsibility to tailor my yard to please you to do your job which you are paid to do, and might I add, over charge for, never do what is asked, and destroy things and never replace them or pay to replace them. This time I wasn't home and he left it there. So done with this place. Gave them numerous chances, and I am always dissatisfied. FIRED! Maybe I won't have to keep replacing my plants now!
