First of all extremely Rude Customer Service has been provided everytime from front desk old lady. Worst Customer Service you can ever think of.  First time when I went to this shop I have installed the new wheel bearing and mechanic forgot to put cottor pin which is very dangerous to drive a car without having it on that's what Heffiner Toyota has told me "because it is a very important safety concern and your wheel can come off while driving on highway" so after all this happened I will not be going back to risk my life by letting them do work on my car or to see worst customer service behavior.
