Been fair and and honest with me since buying a used car for my son last summer. I live more than four hours away so it's nice to know there's someone I can count on while my son is at university in Waterloo. Six weeks after buying it, there was front-end part my own mechanic noted was borderline and Gary replaced it with no labour charge, no hassle. I like dealing with family owned businesses.

Recently brought my Audi to Central Automotive as it was running rough. Took it to a couple of other shops and they were unable to solve the problems. Not only did they solve the issue it was reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent - drove me to work and picked me up. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them. Thanks for the great service

Have gone here for a few years, great mechanics i even bought my frist car here and they gave me a really good deal because i was young and broke at the time. They have safetied every car since without a problem. i deffenatily recomend.

Do not trust this automotive. My safety was failed here. I went to for a second opinion and car passed the safety no problem.

Brought my car in for a safety and the guy there told me I needed my brakes replaced even though they had been replaced the year before. Got a second opinion and breaks were fine. Had to pay for a failed safety for nothing. I don't trust these mechanics or recommend this place.
