I stopped in at the shop without an appointment and they were able to fit me in to do an alignment that day. They were great help, provided a copy of the results, very friendly and pleasant to deal with. No wonder they've been around for 50 years. I'll definitely be going back!
Update- Been back for additional service on my vehicle and once again I received great service, on time and as quoted. They are now my preferred shop and will recommend to all!

I had a great experience at Jerry Zister's Napa Auto Pro right from the start. While booking my appointment, they were receptive to all of my questions. They dropped me off at work while my car was there, and picked me up afterwards. They were transparent every step of the way too.
It should be noted that there were no problems with my car so it isn't like there was much reason for me to get stressed. Although, they gave me the feeling that if my car was in more serious condition, that I would still have had a great experience with them!

Professional timely service. The video inspection is a fantastic customer service tool you see exactly what the issue is and the narrative explains the necessary repairs. A garage you can rely on. Nice work Zister's!!!

Zister's has been my mechanic for nearly 10 years now.
The reason that I have always continued to rely upon them for maintenance and repairs is because they are honest, reliable, and they are always available when I need them the most!
Only two weeks ago, I needed to purchase a new vehicle, so Jerry and Janice set an appointment for me to put it up on the lift and check it out.
They were able to identify 2 minor issues with the vehicle and provide me with an on-the-spot quote to get the work done.
Because of their knowledge and advice, I was able to negotiate with the Car Dealership to reduce the selling price by the cost of the repairs needed.
I ended up saving money on the purchase and then I brought the vehicle back to Zister's to have the work done by someone I trust!
Now I have a reliable vehicle that is completely up to date on maintenance because of the service they provided to me at Zister's.
I would recommend Zister's Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable mechanic who that you can always count on!

I highly recommend Zister auto,  we have been taking our vehicles there for decades, they are honest and very highly trained mechanics. They give you multiple options for replacement parts and will always let you know of other issues that should be replaced and will not just replace parts without your knowledge. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic this is your one stop shop.
