CSN Collision Centre - Kingston

Kingston Collision is by far the most capable body shop in Kingston. I had gotten into an accident in May and my Insurance Company recommended a body shop to me. I took their advice and a few weeks later my car looked “new” to me. Little did I know that their “quality work and service” were actually a lie. After months of fighting with my insurance company, Kingston Collision stepped in and gave me advice as well as what they would do to repair my car back to pre-collision standards. Finally in October my car was returned to me by Kingston Collision and I was very impressed by the work they did, not only did they repair my car but they also kept me up to date throughout the process and fought for me. They let me know of the previous errors they found in the repairs done to my car and addressed them, going over and above what I expected of them. Shawn was very helpful and is a great man to have with during the process. I am grateful for the work that Kingston Collision has done and am very pleased with their workmanship and quality of work. The before photos show the poor work done by the previous body shop and included are photos of the car fresh out of the shop and photo ready. Thank you to the team at Kingston Collision for being an amazing group of people, caring for others when they need it the most!

Kingston Collision staff were very professional in their dealings with myself, my insurance company and the car rental place. They completed their estimate and got the work approved with my insurance company within 4 business days from the time I dropped my car off. They ordered parts, scheduled the repairs and completed the work earlier than their estimate of 3 weeks, so less than 4 weeks total. They communicated the status of things and responded to my inquiries promptly via text and email which helped with my planning for being without my car. Shawn gave me a tour of their facility which I found impressively clean and organized. The repairs were very well done and I’m completely satisfied. If you ever find yourself being rammed by a stolen camper van, this is the place to take your car for repairs!
