I brought my car in because of a loud noise in the exhaust and it turned out to be a broken resonator. The car took an extra day than expected to repair due to the wrong part being ordered, but that wasn't a big deal and the receptionist was very nice and apologetic about it. When the car was returned with the new resonator installed it was making an awful banging noise. I had to have another mechanic look at it to determine where the noise was coming from. One of the screws used to secure the part was completely stripped. Instead of replacing the worn screw with a new one, the mechanic seemed to have rammed it right through the nut in order to close it. This was making a poor connection and therefore the metal spring that sits around the screw was shaking up and down while I was driving, making the awful noise. I'm not sure if it was just an inexperienced mechanic or not, but it was too bad that their sloppy work resulted in me having to pay someone else re-do their work.

David, Cathy and Mark run a very good business. They gave me a reasonable price, explained what was wrong with my car, and did the work in a timely manner. In fact, Cathy drove me back home once I dropped off my car. She also called me to give me options and did not pressure me to get certain parts. The work I had done was a gas tank replacement on a 2002 Acura, 3.2TL, which is a pretty big job. I definitely recommend their garage.
