I took my car in for a minor paint job. Sic took care of it professionally and with great courtesy. I am extremely grateful for a job well done.

I went to them through insurance for hitting a deer. I needed some repairs don't to my passenger side. They took forever and it appears as though they replaced my two door on that side with doors with crappy rusty alternatives. All the areas that they "repaired" have rusted out before the rest of my original vehicle. Very disappointing overall as that side should be better than new. They also left my interior dirty and damaged. Find another place to go if you're looking for exceptional work where people actually care and take pride in their work.

These guys charged me $1200 for a tiny key scratch on a side door - I went to them because insurance covered some of it. They told me that they had to repaint both doors and a quarter panel!!! The estimate specialist - Randy - is a huge jerk with no manners. Later I drove around to multiple shops (more than 3) and they all said the job is worth $300-500. I thought since they charge so much I went with them since insurance covers it and I thought they will do a good job?? NO! They didn't reattach the quarter panel correctly - is squeakes if you push on it. The paint on one of the doors was also runny (there is a drop of paint that dried). Since then I've taken vehicles to Duff St. people (Justus Auto Body and Modern Collision) and they are nice, honest, and do a much better job.
