Midas

As a young university student who doesn't know a lot about cars, the service at Midas was such a blessing. Jesse was not only super friendly and exhibited amazing customer service, but I also felt like he was genuinely looking out for my best interests. When telling them my budget, they worked around it to find me an amazing deal, which I really appreciated. They also kept me updated every step of the way. So, while having your car not start is not a fun experience, Midas did not add to the unpleasantness. Thanks!

Overdue for an oil change & no longer living in the same city as my regular car service, I took a chance on Midas near my office as they were offering a great special. This turned out to be a perfect 1st experience! Cheryl (hopefully spelled right?) & her fellow staff members were all fast, efficient & courteous. They addressed what I had come for and confirmed a few problems I had been suspicious about. They looked after all of these issues while I waited & explained everything to me in terms I understood. Best of all, at a price I could afford. I will be back for sure!

Brought our new car here in July for an oil change and were greeted with friendly faces. The busy staff got us in and out as scheduled. I left my pink water bottle on their counter. They set it aside and called my husband. I was relieved to have it back. We returned this past week and again greeted by friendly staff, they were highly organized, helpful and knowledgeable. We made an appointment to have winter tires put on. The appointment was for 3pm. I dropped it off during my lunch hour and was courtesy shuttled back to work. The picked me up and I had been told that the car wouldn't be finished until 4-4:30. I was happy to learn that they had been able to fit it in earlier and was ready to go ! Thanks Midas staff!!! We found our new garage 🔧🚘🔩

We called while driving through Kingston en route to Montreal after noticing our car was suddenly handling very poorly. Even though it was a busy Saturday and less than an hour before closing time they agreed to have a look at our car and had us back on the road that afternoon even though it meant the technician had to work late. Great service!!

I find car things very stressful, so when my vehicle started making a noise from hell I was worried...called Midas for an appointment and got in no problem. It was a $25 fix, out of there in 20 minutes and everybody was so kind and pleasant, Jesse especially. Will definitely recommend and come again!
