I was originally directed here by my insurance company and had never been, but after having been here would only go here. The work done was perfect but above that was the service. Seamless transition between getting a rental and getting my car back. These guys really go above and beyond. Amazing service and excellent work done. Ted and his crew excel at customer service. After I was rear ended my car ended up at Fix Auto Kingston. Ted and his guys went above and beyond right from the first steps in the door. My car was treated as if it were their own and the repair was done very professional. It was a very large repair and there is no evidence of the collision at all. My car was returned to me and looks as clean and shiny as the day I bought it new. Thanks to the guys at Fix Auto for a stress free experience, your truly the best body shop around.

I’ve had my car fixed here twice after being hit in accidents. The staff always do a great job fixing my vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Matt in the office was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
