After the new year, a lot of changes regarding fees and many new hidden costs/fees. After 60 days they charge you for a year. I talked with a girl at the desk about this, she was a sarcastic b*tch and just kept saying, "Yeah, okay, sure." Her name tag said Miriam. When I told her 60 days is not a year, she said, "If you want to call it that." I asked to speak to a manager, she said there wasn't one there. I told her I wanted to cancel my membership and she said it would be $39. It used to be a good gym to go to but now they have so many hidden fees and you get less with the membership, completely not worth it.

I signed up for the more expensive Peak Membership last year because it allowed me to bring a guest when I chose to workout. This week I came in to workout with a guest and was refused service. The kid at the counter claimed that soon after I signed up for membership, the pricing had changed and for me to bring in a guest, they’d have to charge me an extra $10/month on top of the extra $10/month. I asked why I hadn’t been notified about this but they were clueless. I double-checked my e-mail and my mail to see if I had gotten a letter but there was nothing there! Needless to say, I canceled my membership after questioning their shady business practices and getting no reasonable answers. They obviously charged me for an extra month upon my canceling so now I have 2 months of membership left that I have no intention of using. I’ve already taken my business elsewhere and will be talking to my lawyer about a possible class-action suit since I know I wasn’t the only one that got ripped off.

The manager Tammy is a disgusting human. Gross with terrible hygene and the worst customer service skills ever!!! The owner should FIRE that disgusting piece of garbage. I will NEVER go back there ever again! I am not big on reviews but when I went to my bank to cancel my card my banker was floored by the horrible service that I received and suggested that I post a review online. When I went to cancel my membership today I was informed by nasty Tammy that I was still going to have to pay my yearly membership fee after I have already cancelled!! When I asked for her manager she refused and then when I asked for the Crunch corporate phone number she also refused. I was a member for 2.5 years!! What a waste of money!!! Clearly!!! I hope hiring a garbage person/slash manager is worth losing customers!!! I will never go back. I’m sorry I have wasted my money. The sad part is I have already gone to my bank and have had my card cancelled!! And FYI I checked my emails and yes they are all saved and I have NEVER EVER received a copy of my contract by email or paper Gross nasty rude Tammy was wrong!!! You should be ashamed for hiring something so aweful!!!!! /// It’s been about a week now since I have posted this above message. A bit harsh but truthful.... I was treated horribly and very unprofessionally and it’s is with in my right to publicly post about it. I have never returned to that place and I have not attempted to contact anyone from that location since the day I went in to cancel my membership. Anyway fast forward to one week later, yesterday on 02/07/18 I received a nasty threatening text message from an employee there. I have a copy of the message posted. I strongly do not recommend working out here. You really get what you pay for. It will be worth it for me in the future to spend the extra money at a more professional establishment. Crunch Fitness Gresham please do not ever contact me again unless it is to apologize for your lack of professionalism!!! Thank you and good bye!

Average gym in the sense that the staff takes little to no care for equipment upkeep or derelict members abusing equipment or violating rules the rest of us live within. Warning, warning! Do not use the heavy punching bags, unless you're fine with catching a blood borne disease. People routinely pound away at the bags without wearing gloves, and worse, kick them with the soles of their shoes! I've never seen anyone, member or staff, wipe them down with disinfectant.

Nicer clean gym. I go early in the a.m. So it's not packed when I'm there. It looks like it gets really busy in the afternoon and evening. Staff is always nice.
