Crossland Spokane - Valley

It's very comfortable. We love are room very much. It's really quiet here at night and even during the day. The employees are polite and respectful they have not came to ask if they could come in and clean like some other places we've stayed at. Which is a real treat since we just want to be left alone. The laundry room is very nice and we'll kept up.

The staff are great, and the rooms are clean. A great place to stay on a budget, I can only give them 3 stars because there's no coffee maker or blow dryer in the room. Although there are small kitchenettes in the rooms.

Terrible, disrespectful to women in general after trying to report this to corporate the manager and specifically asking for them not to contact the manager of that hotel we need someone above him because the complaint is about him!! Well needless to say he was knocking on my door within 5 mins all 3 times he was knocking on my door wanting to know why I called to report him!! One time he confronted my husband and said "you need to talk to your wife and tell her stop reporting me" unbelievable! Don't get me wrong the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable but the cops are being called out every other day and lots of noise at night when you try to sleep, dog poop everywhere you walk outside! So your choice if you want to take the risk.

It was super nice. We were there to visit a friend the staff was very accommodating while helping us contact the people staying at the hotel

Over all and all its not a bad place.. the kitchenette well thers no oven has 2 burner mid size fridge no coffee pot or any thing but for 50.00 it did just fine.
