I am an employee here at The Cottages at Sullivan Park, and I've been a member of the Prestige family since 2007. In my years, I've met a lot of incredible residents and families, and I've had the pleasure of getting to know each and every one! I am the Community Relations Director, and I would be glad to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have! In response to the review posted above, I extend my sincere apologies for your experience. You mentioned that there was a mouse or rat infestation; there had been evidence of mice within an occupied Cottage, and it was a result of the tenant's cereal and dry food stored in the cabinets. We understand that the critters can get into things, and we responded to the incident by hiring a pest control company to maintain the traps until no evidence of mice were present. You also mentioned that the carpets were dirty; we know how important it is to maintain and keep up the carpets, and they can be cleaned per request at anytime! Please know that it is the responsibility of the tenant to upkeep their Cottage, as well. We are more than happy to give an extra hand, and help with those hard-to-reach places. Our housekeeping service is available at an additional cost, and the services include: sweeping/mopping the floors in the entry, bathroom(s), and kitchen, vacuuming the carpets, wipe down and sanitize the bathroom(s) and kitchen, and light dusting without removing furniture or personal items. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please be sure to let us know, and we will correct the issue right away! Updated- had mouse or rat infestation- mouse traps were set all over kitchen, etc. Have gone through several "activity directors". Decent little units, poor upkeep. Carpets haven't been cleaned in years, housekeeping is poor- not what was promised. Expensive for area. weekly grocery store trip for shopping, in ancient unsafe - looking bus. No longer offer occasional activities.
