Ramada Spokane Valley

Just another motel hotel. The bed wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. The breakfast was a real disappointment. The amenities leave a lot to be desired, but everything worked. The staff is friendly even though it's hard to consider that a positive because they're supposed to be friendly. You can only access the parking lot from one side of the main road, and parking is a little... Informal. I could excuse everything and give it 3 stars if a bug didn't crawl out if a small hole in the wall the first night. It wasn't a bed bug or something else nasty, and I can understand that bugs get places, but with everything else it just kind of set the tone for my stay. You're probably better off at the Holiday Inn Express by the airport.

Wonderful customer service. Extremely clean and cozy. Had a falling through with another hotel in the area and was able to get a room here right away. So quick and efficient. Front desk workers are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I paid about $65 tonight. The lady at the front desk was very down to earth and made me feel at home. I honestly impressed when I walked into my room. Before staying here tonight, I was at the Penthouse at the Davenport Grand and for the price this place is not bad. 5 stars just because it was better than I expected =)

Stayed here for a Volleyball Tournement Easter Weekend 2018. Filthiest Holtel I have ever stayed in! One family had to move rooms 4 times before requesting a refund and leaving. Feces in the toilet...food in the refrigerator...hair and blood on the sheets. We booked 10 rooms and 7 were filthy! One room smelled like urine...another like body odor. Had to take a shower when I got home just to feel clean! Very old building...no elevator...nexts year for the tournament we will book elsewhere and make sure the venue doesn’t add this hotel to the list!
