Management sucks. 5 years ago the place was kept up and well taken care of, now it is run down and looks crappy. Not because of tenants just extremely bored Care by management who also takes advantage of tenants and scams their money and their homes or her own use.

Horrible management. If you do anything they don't like, they will change the rules and make you sign a new contract.
