This place is awesome. Fuel has such a positive atmosphere and inspires me to go hard. I've only been to the community cross-fit classes on Saturdays, but I am stoked to become a member soon!

Great place friendly staff. Weather your new or experienced they have someti g for you. Also able to modify workouts if needed.

As someone who thought they would never do cross fit I have to say, this cross fit hands down has the best staff and community. Each person is so welcoming and willing to help you with anything. Coach Brandon has a natural talent for training/instructing. He's easy going non intimidating and extremely involved in making sure you understand and are executing movements properly! Heather one of the owners/coaches also has a passion for motivating and helping individuals learn and excel at cross fit. Even the gym it's self is well lit, spacious, and clean. Pay with brand new equipment! If you are looking for a gym that you can feel comfortable in make friends and also be your self you have found it! Heather is always amazing at offering free trial classes to anyone interested in cross fit so you can see how it works before committing!

CrossFit at it's finest! Knowlegable and friendly coaches, awesome programming and a strong, consistent focus on safety and form over reps and weight. The Fuel community is amazing and supportive and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Affordable rates, punch passes, couples discounts and a variety of class options and times! They even offer kid's and teen classes! Don't be afraid to call or go in and inquire because everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. For beginners, I highly recommend the fundamentals class! Highly knowledgeable and supportive coaches will help you learn all the movements safely and help you get comfortable in the gym. :) There's a free workout open to anyone at 9:30am every Saturday, worth checking out!!
