Love Khaos! I tried many different gyms and workouts before finding this amazing place. The gym is versatile and Kale is highly knowledgeable. My boyfriend Matt broke his leg 2 years ago, Kendall and Kale helped him regain his strength and then some. It is a gym for every level of fitness.
