The space and service at this café are honestly great — it’s a cozy place for studying or casual meetings. The staff were kind and the atmosphere is really inviting.nnHowever, when it comes to food and drinks, I was pretty disappointed. My friend and I both ordered sandwiches, and we truly regretted our choices.nnThe cappuccino tasted like hot water mixed with powder — very bland and far from what you’d expect.nAs for the Roasted Chicken & Brie sandwich, it came with lettuce and cucumber inside, which I personally find really odd for this type of sandwich. You can even see in the photo — the lettuce was soggy and gave the whole thing an unpleasant texture. I ended up removing it entirely.nnThe Sausage & Egg Muffin sandwich was also undercooked, which made it hard to enjoy.nnOverall, I’d say it’s a nice place to sit and work, but I wouldn’t recommend the food or drinks. Hopefully, they make some improvements soon.

CoverNotes has a great atmosphere, perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. The setup is straightforward: you order at the counter, and when your food and drinks are ready, you pick them up yourself.nnWhile the food is just okay, there are some letdowns. The tomatoes in the sandwich were too soft and mushy, which affected the overall texture. The Smoked Reuben Melt also didn’t quite hit the mark - the meat was too tough and didn’t blend well with the cheese.nnThe coffee is the real highlight. Rich, aromatic, and well-balanced, it’s definitely worth a try. If you’re here for a relaxing chat over a good cup of coffee, this place delivers!

You’ll notice all the award signs coming in, all totally well deserved.nnSure the espresso is great, the food offerings strong but the building is a Heritage property and they have several rooms and spaces to be alone, a couple or group.nnIt really is the BEST spot if you love light, books, architecture and community

I recently visited Covernotes Coffee House and had a decent experience. The atmosphere was great, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made it a nice place to relax. The service was good, though there was room for improvement in attentiveness. As for the food, it was okay but not exceptional. While I enjoyed my time overall, a few improvements in food quality and service would make it even better!

I drive quite a distance to spend the day at this coffee house working on my laptop or meeting a client. The atmosphere is so cozy and has a great community vibe. Staff are very friendly and the food and beverages are top-notch. The place is very well kept and clean. Such a cool concept with plenty of books to indulge in if you just wanted a quiet break, some light reading and sip on a latte.
