The Costco in Waterloo Erb Street, Ontario has an excellent team. Every time I visit this location, everything remains orderly and well‑managed, even during busy periods. The staff work proactively and efficiently, making this branch the primary shopping destination for my family.nnDuring a recent visit, I was looking for a showerhead and happened to meet an employee named Kiri. Although she appeared to be in the middle of checking inventory, she immediately offered her assistance. She not only helped me locate the item but did so with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Her exceptional service made my shopping experience especially pleasant that day.nnIt is clear that outstanding management contributes to the high standards upheld by this team. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at this location.

Overall our visit was really good. We were able to find most of everything we had on our list.nThe little woman brought a couple pairs of the kid's prescription glasses in for repairs and they were done by the time we had finished shopping.nWe had only one complaint and that was when we were at the self checkout. The first lady grabbed an extra cart for us and the second lady was absolutely miserable and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her when we needed a couple of items scanned. The only downside of our visit.nHopefully she finds a job where she'll be happy. Probably not judging by her attitude.nEveryone else was extremely helpful and we'll be back

Typical Canadian Costco, which is everywhere in the city. The place is huge and always busy. We've been there more than ten times, and it’s consistently crowded. The staff are all excellent and friendly, especially the people in the tire section who helped us sort out our winter tires and explained the offers.nnThey have a section for mobile phones, including Apple, PCs, and more. There’s also a wide selection of winter jackets and a large section for meat and fish. The place is clean, and the hot dogs and pizza taste excellent at this location, even though the staff there don’t seem as friendly as others.nnThere's ample parking available. I highly recommend it to people looking to buy in bulk. Most products are a bit overpriced, and buying in bulk can sometimes lead to overbuying and waste

It’s a good location. It’s tidy and easy to find stuff, they also frequently have cool items with good deals, I recently saw a Christmas stitch decoration that I liked. They samples are also good. The only downside is that it’s superrrrr busy but that’s not the locations fault but there should be another Costco that is built in this area to help with this which I hope will happen!

This place is out of everything especially during the items season. I don’t know who plans their inventory.nThey’ll be out of breads, eggs on weekend even in afternoon.nSummer time they are out of water softener salt.nWinter time they’ll be out of road salt.nnGo to Guelph - Brantford - London - Stoney creek.
