Washer/Dryer Terrible Experience not this specific Costco Purchased a washer/dryer for rental unit, ~$2000. After waiting three weeks, the delivery people were almost 2 hours late for the 3-hour window, brought a defective washing machine, and left garbage including shipping bolts on the road. Costco provided a $75 "goodwill gesture" earned 2 stars instead of 1 for waiting 2hours and having to clean up the mess on the road, but afforded nothing for the defective delivery and the fact that I now need to take additional time to receive a new item. They refused any additional compensation for inconvenience. Recommend to use Best Buy instead - Past experience has been much better and compensation for damaged goods was meaningful.

This Costco is bigger than many other Costcos. Not just in floor space but also has a wider range of items available in cities where the population is lower. Quite a few specialty south Asian food items are available here. Several check out lanes including a self checkout. As always excellent quality for everything.

It's costco, what else can I say. They are a tiny bit smaller than usual locations and don't have as many smaple stands, but overall nor bad. The food is amazing and I love that they're still doing 1.50 hotdogs. As a student, they save my life.

Best place if you are looking to purchase in bulk. They have great offers and provides almost every from baby to adult products. The hot dog and pizza is really affordable and delicious as well. Staffs are friendly and helping which makes it easy for the customers to find things.

Our family visits Costco every three months because we live almost two hours away. We make it a family day trip away and eat one of their super inexpensive lunches wish they had healthier options though!. We purchase all our meat there. It is fresh and of great quality. We like shopping the other departments...grocery, patent, household, frozen, etc. The sales are pretty great too. And you never know what new products will be there.

Was excited to get a membership. Was impressed with the price of muffins, pies etc. Disappointed that EVERYTHING had a best before date of less then 48 hrs from the time I got it. Will be more careful next time,nothing like getting a week's worth of food that expires the next day

I’m not normally one to complain but it’s been twice now that I’ve experience horrible customer service from the front entrance. The equivalent of a brush off and unwillingness to direct or even talk to me. Extremely rude. Then I had the cart ripped from my hands before I even took my hand off of it at check out with out so much as a “hello, “boo” or “how are ya’?”. I was holding my baby in my arms who was clearly seated in the cart previously and yet the entire seat was filled up with groceries and I had to one handed lift everything out to safely place my baby back in. In summary, not impressed with customer service at all. Paper towels would be appreciated on rainy days to wipe down carts, especially for people with children. It’s just common courtesy. A glimpse of a smile or even a simple “hello, can I help you with anything?” would be appreciated. I realize it’s a busy place and stressful at times but basic manners would go a long way. I did give four stars though because I had a wonderful experience with a gentleman at checkout named Bima who is the only person in the whole building who made me feel welcome. Lovely person! And, the ladies at the tire service centre were very helpful as well.

Costco Waterloo is nice and clean. Well kept, has a nice eatery however no place to sit and eat. Store appears well stocked. Associates doing the taste testing stations are mostly grumpy. The glass coverings in front of checkouts are hard to communicate through.

Regardless of how many people are there, I always enjoy shopping here. Because I am here every week, I don't fall into the category of individuals that impulse shop here. The routine really helps. The staff are always happy, supportive and smiling.
