While trying to get a blouse down from a higher rack, the salesperson literally walked right by me and asked if she could help someone else who had walked in 5 minutes after me (no one else was in the store!)... I was not even acknowledged so I turned around and left. Too bad for them, I'm going south in two weeks and was looking to buy quite a few items. Won't be shopping there again.

New policy means if your tag breaks as you remove an item from your shopping bag, you've worn it and you can't return it.
