I was super concern with all the alterations specially with the shoulder pad that I wasn’t sure on what to do but they were amazing! I have the most beautiful emerald maid of honor dress for my best friends wedding and got it tailored here. The gentleman was so friendly and my dress is perfect! I needed it hemmed of course and an alteration on the back clasp and it now fits perfectly. He did minor alteration when I picked it up to make sure I was happy with the fit. My wife and I visited this location to have some alterations done for a blazer and some pants. We dealt with Sam, and he was very professional, courteous, and was able to get all the work done in time, exactly as we needed, as promised. Their paper receipt system makes it easy to claim the expenses for work all the work done and amounts are laid out clearly, and the text message notifications tell you exactly when the work is complete and ready for pickup. Refused to hem the pants in the style I wanted because they thought it looked ugly. Although I can respect their experience and opinion, I don’t believe this is an appropriate thing to say. Regardless, I told them I wanted it and they still refused. Not only that, because my pants were previously hemmed, they undid the sew keeping it together and did not sew it back on after refusing to hem my pants. So I came out of this being refused service and the sewing only my pants undid. To me this is terrible customer service, especially considering this was not my first time getting my pants done here. I will not be returning here, which is a shame since they use to treat me well, however customer service has clearly been forgotten here.

The gentleman working there did a phenomenal job on my bridesmaid dress alterations ! I was worried about the material the dress was and it worked out perfect. Ver poor service and dont have any business ethics. I got 10 pants done and was ripped off with hefty price and despite of paying price i had one pant a small stitching went off and agent working would not admit and charged me $4 again.Despite of paying hundreds of dollars representative was only cares for $4.I dont care about money but how they operate business is completely pathetic with zero customer service and morals.

He was able to squeeze me in before a wedding with short notice. He was very nice, did a great job, and was reasonably priced. This will become my go to for all future alterations. Very impressed!Service: Alterations
