Walmart Supercentre

I've always been a loyal customer of Walmart and I've always been happy with the product quality, product availability, store layout, customer service, etc. This has changed since I started shopping at Walmart superstore at Sunrise shopping centre in Kitchener!!! I go to Walmart at least once a week and every single time I have shopped at this Walmart since I moved to the area a month and a half ago, I have left without at least 2-3 items I was looking for! It seems they run out if stock very often or just don't bother restocking shelves regularly. They also keep moving things around in the store and I never know where things are...and there are many shelves that are just empty. I know they are rearranging the store but come on! It's sooooooo unorganized. I have never seen a Walmart so ridiculously unorganized! Another thing that really bothers me is the fact that they never have enough cash registers open. No matter what time of day or night it is, they might have 3 registers open....if they (or we) are lucky. Anyway, this is my first review of anything. This is not something I do but I find this necessary. i feel like this store takes advantage of the fact that it's in a busy area and people will go there because it's convenient. They don't seem to care about their customers in the least!

I went to this store after a long time since the store more convenient to me is on the boardwalk. What a disgusting place. It was a dirty filthy mess inside and out. People had tossed bags full of garbage in the parking lot and apparently Walmart did not think it was necessary to clean this up. Walking inside there was not a greeter but a security guard, ready to pounce. I was made felt like a thief before I even entered the store. There was nothing I was looking for available, although it was advertised in the flyer. And no, there are no more rain checks. I'll stick with the amazing no questions asked, superior service I get from Costco e from now on.

I always come here on a Sunday night, usually after the rush. I find that this is by far my favorite Walmart due to the fact on how clean, and organize this location is. The washrooms are never disgusting and always look and smell clean, the cleaners do a good job at keeping up with that considering how many people use their washrooms daily. The floors are always clean and never seem to be full of track marks even on snowy days. The customer service is always friendly, and helpful.

Everytime we go to this location they have the item in stock unlike the other Walmart locations many times I had to travel to second location to find the item I was looking for, the store kept clean and organized.

Some of the staff are nice and some are rude but this is definitely the best "customer service experience" Wal-Mart in town. And it is Wal-Mart after all. You can't totally blame the employees because a company should take care of it's people which Wal-Mart is known to not do! Recent renovations are interesting! They have a beer section now. If I ever need to find anything at Wal-Mart it is usually found at this one.
