Stopped in on the way home from the airport which was 15 minutes away in rush hour. Oliver's Ale House is located in an industrial mall area. This place is a hidden gem. The salmon was excellent as well as the 32 ingredient dry rub wings. Great craft beer selection.
What a gem. This place belongs on an episode of D,D&D. Well thought out and executed dishes that you would not expect from initial perceptions. The beer list is astoundingly large. The bottles of wine available are shockingly refined. The presentation of the black and blue burger was fantastic and I was extremely impressed with the fries and onion rings. It became abundantly clear to me, as I ate my meal, I would have been more wise to order up the menu and go with a steak or rack of lamb. I will certainly be back. Special mention needs to be made about the service and friendly conversation. The owners have been in the restaurant business for a long time and it shows. Very impressed.
Cool bar with all the Craft beer selection at its finest. Super friendly. Good food selection.
Went here for my birthday based it on the reviews. Service was efficient, but lacked warmth. Beer selection was excellent like everyone said, but the aged steak had some weird taste to it. The pasta was amazing. The restaurant itself is in some weird industrial area. I don't really see a reason to return as the entire experience was mediocre at best, some hits, but just as many misses.
Went for a quick late lunch. Has a great selection of bottled beers, about 5 pages of beers. Also has some good beers on tap but not a lot of taps, which is fine for a smaller place. This is a nice restaurant for the business and business casual crowds. Servers were very attentive, offer advice on beers and food selections. I had wings, but I will return for some of the other great dishes I saw others having. Good wings, but not the best food they offer. Will definitely return.
I was there today 8/25/2021 for lunch with a dear friend...Maryann I believe is the owner and also waited on us...very charming lady ...getting married very shortly...Congrats! The service was great attention was great and the food was great...I will be back when I am in the area !... Well done! Regards and Best Wishes. Anthony and Rick
Some of the best wings I've ever had, and the fries or wedges are fantastic: crisp but super fluffy inside. I came in right before they were closing by accident and the owner happily served me, and I got to chat with the chefs and the owner while having a beer. This place is well worth the walk or drive from the nearby hotels. I came back the second night to try the mussel and beer special. Gourmet food at pub prices.
I am in town on business and happened upon this wonderful place for the extensive beer list. However, the food ended up being the best part. The food and service were exceptional! I had a dry aged NY strip that was, by far, the best NY strip that I’ve ever had. Great place, great service and amazing menu and food.
** Most of the 5 star reviewers only have one review ** This place is within walking distance of our shop so we go here sometimes because the boss likes it. We went for a work party of 12-14 people and it was terrible. The food was terrible. The owners were rude except the owners kid who introduced himself. The only good part was the one woman who worked there friendly Irish sounding girl who was quick with the service and very friendly. Basically everyone at the party had a terrible meal.
Such a great place to get lunch or dinner. The food is the best part. My husband's absolutely favorite wings and I love their shrimp salad but everything we have tried is great. Awesome service and atmosphere. Hard to find places like this anymore. We always have a great meal here.
