Amazing Korean food in a spot that needs more places like this!nnThe vibes are immaculate - you walk in and the lighting is cool and purple, and the Kpop is blasting. We were sat down and served pretty much right away, and the service throughout was great.nnThe food was hitting too - tteokbokki to start off, and then a bibimbap to finish the night was more than enough for a great dinner. Lots of other dishes my buddies got also joined the clean-plate club.nnVery fun drink menu, and lots of different options from fruity to juicy to citrusy to strong as well.nnThis place is definitely somewhere you come back to!

This was our second time here and it was just as amazing as the first, we’ve tried multiple dishes now and they’ve all been so yummy. I love all the options for loaded fries and their kimchi and bulgogi is sooo good! Fast and friendly service, lots of options for those with dietary restrictions as well!

We really enjoyed the food at Juche. The restaurant is very small and popular so we got there shortly after it opened. We started with the five crispy wings that were tossed in a delicious spicy bbq sauce, a nice sized portion for the price. We also had the General Kahn's chicken which was delicious and the beef bulgogi. For dessert we tried the unique melon ice cream. I'd love to try the kimchi fried rice next time. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to check out Juche in East St. Paul, and it was amazing! This Korean restaurant is definitely serving up some great late-night eats. I tried the Bulgogi beef, which was okay, but I feel like it could've been better. It wasn't as sweet and marinated as I'm used to at other spots. However, their kimchi fried rice was really good with a nice spicy kick--definitely top-notch. The mac and cheese, which had kimchi in it as well, was another standout with a subtle spice. I'd say the mac was my favorite dish of the night!nnThe staff greeted me when I walked in, which was a great start to the experience. I enjoyed the lighting and vibrant vibe they had going on this inside. The only downside is the parking. They don't have a lot, just like many of the spots on Payne Avenue, but there's plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood, so it's not too bad.nnOverall, I'd definitely recommend giving this spot a try! Just be prepared to spend a bit more as the prices are on the higher side.

We got there right when they opened and took a a few seats at the bar. It’s very small so you may have trouble getting a table if you aren’t there right at opening.nLoved the music, loved the cooking show playing on the TV, but mostly loved the food. So good, I can’t wait to go back! I got the Bi Bim Bop with crispy rice and beef bulgogi.nI also got a cocktail and it was fantastic, though a little pricey. Bunhongsaeg Fullstop, $16nThe service was great! It was our first time getting Korean, so we were experimenting. He explained everything and helped us make selections we would enjoy. I couldn’t have been happier with my meal. Would highly recommend.
