I moved out of my unit at High Park Apartments at 100 Jordan Parkway in Red Deer, Alberta in the middle of April. My suite was considered impeccable and I was to receive my damage deposit back in full in the mail. It is now the middle of June, and I have NOT received my damage deposit back. I'm VERY disgusted with this management company. Upon further contact with the onsite property manager, I receive no response. After 4 emails, I received the response of "A lot of people are waiting to get theres back too". I don't care. I want my money back! I believe I've been very patient waiting over 60 days, and now I am losing my cool. I will be seeking legal action if my damage deposit is not returned.
