CIBC Branch with ATM

Been dealing with a different bank for several years now. After my husband has been with CIBC I thought I would give it a chance. Jody is phenomenal she explained to me everything I need to know. She’s gone over and beyond what a normal financial Advisor would. She’s took my financial needs seriously. Thank you Jody for helping me. I am excited to switch banks and deal with a bank that cares about me and not just the money. Thank you !

Lined up 5 deep ....1 teller on at counter. ..other staff standing around talking....how about some timely service ...?

My husband and I dropped into the Branch to open a/c’s. We were pleasantly greeted and directed quickly and efficiently to Kuldip Gill by the customer service staff. Kuldip was extremely personable and professional, taking the time to provide all necessary info and answer our questions. We had a subsequent appt. with Kuldip which was equally pleasurable. Great guy, who enjoys helping people!

Screwed up my accounts several times, failed to inform me of holds placed on the accounts, refused to help retrieve said funds, and the staff lies through their teeth so they don't have to help people.

Not my favorite banking institution...who had service charges on children's bank accounts.
